10th Eduleaders Summit and Awards
Technological progress and adoption of artificial intelligence have a growing trend. Students use of the internet to find the contents of their studies has a growing trend too.
Teachers are now working hard to ensure their students not only learn about the key concepts of the course, but also learn to use the necessary technology. Teachers ensure students use the most appropriate tools, while giving constructive feedback, so they feel accompanied at all times. Optimal learning happens when students have a safe, constructive, online platform. Students are not only visiting a virtual campus. They also need a personal space for community, or collaboration areas to really thrive.
A teacher is the centre of any teaching learning process. In this digital era, a teacher has got a number of responsibilities in addition to his/her prior role to keep pace with the changing technologies and changing teaching learning environments. A teacher is accountable to the society which trust him/her for shaping its coming generations for better civilizations and to the nation which trust him/her for making its future more bright and progressive. To deal with this accountability, a teacher need to use Digital Technology effectively with its traditional teaching techniques to facilitate critical and innovative thinking in his/her classrooms and it is only then one can dream of a knowledge society and a better digitalized education World around us.
We call upon the stakeholders who are actively involved in education initiatives to come forth and join our hands to wind back the clock of changing requirements of eco system.
The event expects 2000+ Attendees, if not more. There will be an exclusive session for the participants keen to join into the adjoining hall of fame. You will find yourself among the decision makers from across the length and breadth of the international community.
Why To Participate / Nominate for Award
For many professionals/educational institutions/organisations, the reason their work doesn’t speak for itself is because of their tendency to keep their heads down and quietly perform their roles. They do great work but, because they fly under the radar, they remain a well-kept secret.
Your work can speak for itself, if you have enough overall visibility. When you’re well connected to others throughout the society, you don’t have to promote your value or introduce about your work every time. Others can see it first-hand

Selection of Award Winners
Selection Parameters:
Teacher Competency, Academic Excellence, pedagogical skills, Individual Reputation
Selection Process:
After each parameter was processed, we produce a standardized score for each parameter at each educational institute. This score evaluated distance from the average using sub-parameters and allows each educational institute’s score to be compared against others in a statistically sound manner. With clean and comparable data, we then assigned weights for each parameter. The goal of the weighting process for sub parameters was to ensure that no one parameter could have a dramatic positive or negative impact on a particular educational institute’s final score and that each educational institute’s final score was a fair representation of the educational institute’s performance. Weights were carefully determined by analyzing. After assigning weights, an overall score was calculated for each educational institute by applying the assigned weights to each educational institute’s individual parameter scores. Similar process will be used for all award categories. Field experts will join the evaluation team. The team have access to the entries after the closing date and they submit their scores to the selection committee independently. The committee then aggregate the scores as per above selection method to arrive at the winners for each award. The selection committee decision is final and the award does not enter into any correspondence regarding any aspect of the selection process.Eminent Speakers

Benefits of Winning Award
- Winning awards doesn’t only work towards improving morale or driving loyalty. It also works towards positioning an organisation / person differently as a result of their work. The recipient be viewed differently in the industry and, as a result, be positioned to receive more offers.
- Winning an award allows you to distinguish from competitors and ensure that as many potential viewers as possible are aware of your innovative or excellent work.
- Brand recognition and free PR – Being shortlisted as an award contender gives your organization free publicity from the awards organizer as well as the other nominees and possibly even the selection committee. And if you win, the publicity is even more far-reaching and impactful.
- Instant credibility – Winning an award opens numerous doors and gives you instant credibility with potential customers.
- Increased morale – It almost goes without saying that winning an award provides intrinsic motivation and improved morale for those on the team. The nomination alone, which recognizes hard work and a job well done, is a celebration of the hours the team put into the project and can significantly—and positively—impact employee satisfaction and talent retention.

3rd CSR Impact Summit 2024
CSR Impact Summit is full day event. It will be held on Friday, 23rd February 2024 in Hyatt Regency, Delhi.
The focus is “The positive impact of innovative ideas in CSR”
India is the first country in the world to make corporate social responsibility (CSR) mandatory, following an amendment to The Company Act, 2013 in April 2014. Businesses can invest their profits in areas such as education, poverty, gender equality, and hunger. The amendment notified in the Schedule VII of the Companies Act advocates that those companies with a net worth of US$73 million (Rs 4.96 billion) or more, or an annual turnover of US$146 million (Rs 9.92 billion) or more, or a net profit of US$732,654 (Rs 50 million) or more during a financial year, shall earmark 2 percent of average net profits of three years towards CSR. In the draft Companies Bill, 2009, the CSR clause was voluntary, though it was mandatory for companies to disclose their CSR spending to shareholders. It is also mandatory that company boards should have at least one female member.
CSR Impact Summit echoes this thought and brings various stakeholders to share their experiences and ideas which in turn assist the related community to learn, aware and introspect on the various aspects of CSR strategy and CSR activities in India. This will also be an opportunity to exhibit the exemplary products and services to the key stakeholders. Best initiatives in CSR will be recognized.
